PERSONAL DATA APPLICATION PROCESS

Personal data subjects (hereinafter referred to as "Applicants"), defined as the relevant person in Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVK Law"), are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data under Article 11 of the KVK Law. Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law, applications regarding these rights must be submitted in person to our Company, the data controller, in writing in Turkish. and must be submitted to us using the methods specified by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).

Information is provided below regarding how written applications should be submitted to us.

According to the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller (Official Gazette dated 10/03/2018 and numbered 30356), the following information must be included in applications.

Information to be Filled in During the Application:

Name, surname, and signature if the application is in writing,

For citizens of the Republic of Turkey, T.R. ID number, nationality, passport number, or, if applicable, ID number for foreigners.

Residential address or workplace address for notification.

Email address, telephone, and fax number for notification, if applicable.

Subject of the request.

Additionally, relevant information and documents are to be attached to the application.

If you wish to apply regarding your personal data, the following application form must be completed in full. This application form has been prepared to identify your relationship with our Company and, if applicable, fully identify your personal data processed by our Company. This form will ensure that your application is responded to accurately and within the legally required timeframe. To eliminate legal risks that may arise from unlawful and unfair data sharing and, in particular, to ensure the security of your personal data, our Company reserves the right to request additional documents and information (such as a copy of your identity card or driver's license, etc.) to verify your identity and authorization. Should the information you submit through the form be inaccurate and out-of-date, or should an unauthorized application be submitted, our Company assumes no liability for requests resulting from such inaccurate information or unauthorized application.

Your applications submitted to us will be processed in accordance with Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law. In accordance with the second paragraph of the article, your request will be answered in writing, free of charge, within thirty days at the latest from the date of receipt of your request, depending on the nature of the request. However, for written responses up to ten pages, no fee will be charged. For each page exceeding ten, a processing fee (1 TL) determined by the Board will be charged.
